Terms of Use
Effective 2026-11-04
By using California Crash Law (the “Site”), operated by California Crash Law (the “Firm,” “we”), you agree to these terms.
1. Attorney advertising; informational purpose
The Site is an advertisement for the legal services of the Firm. The attorney responsible for its content is Elham Azimy, California State Bar No. 207274. The Site provides general information about California law and the process after a motor vehicle accident. It is not legal advice about your situation and may not reflect the most recent changes in law. Do not act or refrain from acting based on the Site without consulting an attorney about your specific facts.
2. No attorney-client relationship by use or submission
Using the Site, submitting an inquiry or communicating with us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is formed only when the Firm expressly agrees to represent you and a written engagement agreement is completed. Sending an inquiry does not extend, suspend or preserve any deadline.
3. Inquiries
By submitting an inquiry you ask the Firm to review it and consent to being contacted about it by the methods you chose. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 or submitting on behalf of a minor as their parent or guardian. We do not guarantee that we will accept your matter or respond within any particular time. We will not send your case details to an outside law firm for possible representation without your separate authorization unless otherwise permitted or required by law.
4. Fees
There is no charge to submit an inquiry or speak with us. Any representation is on the terms of a written fee agreement, which states the contingency percentage and how case costs are handled. See the legal disclaimer.
5. Acceptable use
Do not submit false inquiries, impersonate others, submit information about a person without authority, attempt to access others’ information, interfere with the Site’s operation, scrape the Site in violation of robots directives, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
Site content is owned by the Firm or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may read and share links freely; reproduction of substantial portions requires permission. Official sources we link to belong to their publishers.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the Site and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any duty the Firm owes to a client under a signed engagement agreement.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle information and is part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
