About the Firm
California Crash Law is a California law practice representing people injured in motor vehicle collisions across Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura counties. It is led by Elham Azimy, California State Bar No. 207274.
Attorney Elham Azimy
Elham Azimy has practiced law in California for 26 years. The firm’s office is in Laguna Niguel, in south Orange County, and handles cases throughout California. Every inquiry submitted through this site is reviewed by her personally, not by a call center. You can verify her license and standing on the State Bar of California’s attorney profile.
Why this site exists
Most information about car accidents online is written to sell, not to inform: templated city pages that say nothing specific, promises about settlements, and forms that pass your details to whoever bids. We built something different: pages that explain how the process actually works where you live—which agency wrote your report, which court hears your case, which corridors produce the crashes—and an intake form that goes straight to the attorney who would handle your case.
How the content is researched
- Our guides link to California statutes, regulations, courts and agencies so readers can consult the original sources.
- Local facts about police agencies, courts, hospitals and roads are checked against the agencies’ own publications.
- Medical descriptions follow public health sources such as the CDC and NIH and are general information, not advice.
- Attorney Elham Azimy reviews legal content. New legal updates awaiting review identify the responsible attorney without claiming completed review. Legal review does not constitute medical review.
- Pages display an update date separately from legal-review credits. Medical information is general education and is not a diagnosis or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.
- We publish a page only when we have something specific to say about that city or topic. Smaller communities are covered on county pages rather than given thin, duplicative pages.
What we handle
Injuries from motor vehicle collisions—car, truck, motorcycle, rideshare, pedestrian and bicycle—in California. We do not handle slip-and-fall, medical malpractice, product defects unrelated to vehicles, dog bites or workplace injury claims.
Fees
Injury cases are handled on a contingency fee: no attorney fee unless we recover for you. The written agreement you sign before we begin sets the percentage and explains how case costs are handled. Read the legal disclaimer and how it works.
