Accessibility
People contacting us are often injured, in pain or using a phone one-handed. The site is built to be usable in those conditions and with assistive technology.
Our target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
How the site is built
- Server-rendered HTML that works without JavaScript, including the inquiry form.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, a skip link and keyboard-reachable controls with visible focus.
- Form fields with labels, hints and error messages announced to screen readers; errors identify the field and how to fix it.
- Text that can be resized to 200% and reflows on small screens; no content conveyed by color alone.
- Color contrast meeting AA ratios; motion kept minimal and respecting the reduced-motion preference.
- Plain language, with legal terms explained.
Known limitations
The anti-abuse challenge on the inquiry form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile and is designed to run without user interaction in most cases; if it presents a challenge you cannot complete, contact us and we will take your inquiry another way.
