Your Privacy Choices
You control your information. These requests are free, and we honor them for everyone, not only California residents, subject to the confidentiality and recordkeeping duties that apply to a law practice.
What you can ask
- Access: a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction: fix something that is wrong.
- Deletion: delete your inquiry and related records. We may keep the minimum needed for future conflict checks, and records of an active or former representation are governed by the engagement agreement. Aggregate counts that contain no personal information are not affected.
- Withdraw an authorization: if you authorized us to discuss your matter with an outside attorney, you can ask us not to make any new disclosure based on it.
- Unsubscribe: stop educational emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
How to make a request
- Email inquiries@calcrashlaw.com from the address you used on the form.
Say what you want (access, correct, delete, withdraw) and include your reference number if you have it.
- We verify it is you.
We match your email and, if needed, phone number to the inquiry. We may ask one confirming question. We will not ask for more information than we already hold.
- We act and confirm.
Deletion and withdrawal requests are completed within 10 business days; access requests within 45 days as the law allows. You receive written confirmation.
Authorized agents
You may have someone make a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof that you authorized them, and we may contact you to confirm.
Do Not Sell or Share
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an expression of that preference.
No discrimination
Exercising your rights never affects how we treat your inquiry.
