Legal Inquiry & Intake Disclaimer
Attorney Advertising · California
This website is operated as an advertisement for the legal services of California Crash Law, a California law practice. The attorney responsible for its content is Elham Azimy, California State Bar No. 207274, whose office is located at 28202 Cabot Rd, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677.
No attorney-client relationship by submission
Viewing this website, emailing the firm, speaking to staff, or completing an online form does not, by itself, make you a client of California Crash Law. The firm decides whether it can offer representation after reviewing the matter and any potential conflicts. Representation begins only after the firm expressly agrees to represent you and any required engagement agreement is completed.
Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to waive or limit protections that California law and professional conduct rules provide to prospective clients, including applicable confidentiality duties.
No legal advice or guaranteed response
The website provides general information, not advice for your particular case. Information you submit may be incomplete and cannot be relied on as a legal opinion. Submission does not guarantee that the firm will evaluate, accept, or respond to your matter within any particular timeframe.
Deadlines and urgent situations
Legal claims may be subject to strict deadlines. Sending an inquiry does not extend, suspend, or preserve a statute of limitations or any other deadline. If a deadline may be approaching, promptly contact an attorney directly rather than relying on this form. For a medical or safety emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency assistance.
Fees and costs
Injury matters are handled on a contingency fee basis: no attorney fee is owed unless there is a recovery. Depending on the written agreement, clients may remain responsible for case costs such as filing fees, records and expert fees. The percentage and the treatment of costs are stated in the written fee agreement before representation begins. Past results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter.
Information you provide
Provide accurate information needed for the firm to understand your potential claim. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or credit-card information, full medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive documents through the initial form. The firm’s handling of your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and remains subject to applicable attorney confidentiality obligations.
Possible referral to another law firm
If the firm is unable or does not wish to undertake a matter, it may discuss another attorney or law firm with you. The firm will seek your authorization before disclosing confidential case information to outside attorneys for consideration of representation, unless such disclosure is otherwise authorized or required by law. You are free to decline a proposed referral or choose your own lawyer.
Any division of legal fees between attorneys at different firms is separate from your initial submission and will require the agreements, written disclosures, and client consent required by California Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5.1. Submitting the intake form is not consent to any specific fee division.
